Enabling vmnetcfg.exe on VMware Player 3

For some reason vmware didn't install the utility vmnetcfg on VMware player 3.

This packet, tought, is being provided on the installer of vmware Player 3, so we need to extract it from the installation.

We need to go to:

start -> run... > cmd 
vmware-player-version.exe /e Directorio_temporal

We need to find a network.cab

Then we just need to copy vmnetcfg.exe to vmware Player Installation Folder and that's all.
